DESCRIPTION:Do you want to explore your inner world through creativity? Do you want to experience a sense of calm and balance while painting? \nI invite you to embark on a gentle\, meditative\, and deeply personal journey into the world of mandala art on silk\, where you’ll create a meaningful piece with your own hands to take home and cherish. \n  \nJoin this in-person\, 2.5-3 silk painting workshop focused on creating your own Inner Mandala. In this session\, you will explore techniques of silk painting while engaging in a mindful\, intuitive process that helps you connect with yourself and enter a flow state. Through colors\, shapes\, and repetition\, you will learn how to express and transform your emotions into a harmonious visual form. \n  \nDuring the workshop\, participants will create a unique 12-inch diameter mandala on silk\, inspired by their inner state and guided gently throughout the process. By the end of the session\, you will take home a one-of-a-kind artwork. I will also demonstrate how to fix paint on silk\, so your piece can be used in different ways\, such as a decorative pillow\, wall art\, a print on clothing\, or even a wearable piece. \nThis workshop is more than just painting—it is a quiet exploration of self\, balance\, and presence. The process of creating a mandala invites focus\, relaxation\, and reflection. \nAs you immerse yourself in the flow of patterns and colors\, you may discover a sense of clarity\, grounding\, and emotional release. \nEngaging in silk painting in this mindful way can support relaxation\, reduce stress\, and enhance overall well-being. This experience is open to everyone\, regardless of artistic background. Whether you are new to painting or already have experience\, you will be guided in a supportive and inspiring environment. \nThe maximum number of participants is 10 people.
