You can be inspired by something beautiful — and still make it entirely your own!

In yesterday’s silk painting class, one participant used a watercolor piece (top left) as inspiration, but didn’t copy it. Instead, she created something vibrant, fresh, and deeply personal (bottom).

There’s something truly special about not copying, but experiencing the process in your own way. That’s when art becomes real!
