I absolutely love when someone takes a photo of me during my classes — and it happens so rarely! Not because I want to be photographed — no, no — but because it’s so fascinating to observe myself from the outside: to see what kind of emotions I’m sharing with others, how it all looks from a different perspective.

Yesterday, I led a beautiful workshop at the Falmouth Art Center on Cape Cod with five incredible women. I didn’t know they were artists — not at first — but it became clear to me almost immediately, as soon as they started painting. Nearly three hours flew by in what felt like one breath.

At the end, they told me how much they enjoyed every minute of it. And here are their stunning works. Just wow. All of it — such a rare, delicious kind of joy.
