The Art of Pausing
Before big projects or leaps forward, it’s so important to take a pause. To do nothing, simply breathe, and observe how life unfolds around you.
Last weekend, my friend and I gathered to celebrate all the winter holidays together—and pain on silk. The workshop’s theme was pomegranates, but we didn’t rush. Despite the late hour nudging us along, we embraced the process fully.
Art is always about the journey, never just the result. We dove deep, and this is the pomegranate (or maybe not a pomegranate) that emerged. What truly mattered was the warm, quiet, and deeply healing experience.
Wishing you all a Happy Old New Year and a Full Moon! May this year bring you depth, healing, and an abundance of prosperity and well-being.
Experience Art. Experience Creativity. Experience Happiness.
