A wonderful opportunity just popped up for my silk painting classes! Milbury Public Library, which has hosted me 4 or 5 times already, invited me to apply for a grant for next year.

Libraries often have tight budgets, but my classes are always a hit with their visitors. I’m so grateful to the library, its director, and all the staff who keep supporting me and bringing art to their community.

I’ve already sent in my grant application, fingers crossed, and today I’m planning to send a few more to other libraries that have welcomed me back year after year.
