April has arrived, and with it the quiet realization that one third of the year has already passed.

Even though the days outside are still filled with gray skies and soft rain, spring is undeniably here. The first flowers are emerging, bringing with them a sense of renewal, warmth, and gentle awakening.

I hope this season finds you well.

For me, April begins with a meaningful milestone — the opening of my solo exhibition “If Flowers Can Speak” at Newton Free Library. This exhibition is a reflection on the language of flowers, on what they might express if we truly allowed ourselves to listen. It will be on view through April 29.

This month also brings new creative journeys through two workshops.

“Riding the Flow” is a silk painting workshop designed for children during April vacation camp, where we will explore movement and freedom through painting horses.

“Floating Through the Universe,” part of Massachusetts Space Week, invites participants to step beyond the ordinary and immerse themselves in a cosmic artistic experience.
