The Gift of Creativity: Fall Silk Painting Workshops
With Rosh Hashanah approaching, many of us begin thinking about meaningful gifts for family and friends. We want to give something personal—something that will bring joy and remain in a person’s memory long after the holiday.
One of the most beautiful gifts we can give is an experience.
A silk painting workshop is an opportunity to step away from everyday routines, slow down, explore color, and create something entirely your own. It is not only an art class. It is time for yourself, a joyful creative experience, and a chance to discover what can happen when you allow color and imagination to move freely.
No previous painting experience is necessary. In my workshops, we do not focus on perfection or complicated techniques. Instead, we observe how paint moves and transforms on silk, gently guiding it while allowing space for surprise. Everyone leaves with a unique silk painting created by their own hands.
This fall, you can join me at several beautiful locations throughout MA and RI:

At the workshops, we will paint pomegranates, flowers, and other images inspired by nature, abundance, beauty, and renewal. The pomegranate is especially meaningful for Rosh Hashanah—a symbol of abundance, life, love, and hope for the year ahead.
You can attend a workshop yourself, bring someone you love, or purchase a workshop gift certificate. It is a thoughtful present for Rosh Hashanah, a birthday, an anniversary, or any occasion when you want to give more than an object.
Sometimes the best gift is an experience: time to slow down, freedom to create, and the happiness of making something beautiful with your own hands.
